We accept all major audio formats (WAV, MP3, FLAC, M4A, AIFF) and video formats (MP4, MOV, MKV). We recommend recording in WAV or lossless format for the best audio quality, but we can work with whatever you have.
Our standard turnaround is 48 hours from the time you upload your raw files. Full Service Production clients receive priority turnaround. Rush delivery is available on request for an additional fee.
Absolutely. All packages include unlimited revisions. We want you to be 100% happy with the final product. Most clients love the first cut, but we're always happy to fine-tune until it's perfect.
While professional equipment helps, it's not required. We can significantly improve audio from USB mics and even phone recordings. That said, we're happy to recommend affordable gear that will take your audio to the next level.
